At Freedom Bakeries, our roots trace back to the heart of New York City, where a small group of compassionate individuals initiated a kitchen project to provide warm meals to the less fortunate.
This endeavor evolved into Muslims Giving Back, a comprehensive organization with programs like The Hunger Food Truck dedicated to serving the most vulnerable communities across New York City.

Driven by a commitment to combat global hunger and from the achievements of Muslims Giving Back, it led to the inception of Freedom Bakeries. We expanded our efforts internationally, establishing bakeries in low-income communities worldwide.
Our goal is simple yet impactful – to provide fresh bread daily as a sustainable emergency response to severe hunger and food insecurity.

Despite initial challenges, Freedom Bakeries has grown exponentially, alleviating world hunger and supporting local communities, especially in New York City. With our collaborative efforts with Muslims Giving Back, we ensure aid to those in need close to home.
