In response to the blockades and the devastating toll on Gaza’s people,Freedom Bakeries expanded its mission with Freedom to Learn, an initiative focused on the future of Gaza through its students.
As universities in Gaza were destroyed and borders closed, many young Palestinians found themselves unexpectedly isolated in Egypt, far from their families, homes, and the life they knew. In the face of displacement and uncertainty, these students have refused to give up on their dreams.
Freedom to Learn stands with them, because their determination to grow, learn, and one day rebuild their communities is a hope we all have a duty to protect.
