Eliminate Hunger, Break Bread With The Needy this Ramadan

Ramadan A Month of Giving

This Ramadan, embrace the spirit of kindness and compassion by helping Freedom Bakeries reach vulnerable communities. Ramadan calls for selflessness, charity, and spiritual growth, and there is no greater deed than feeding the hungry. Join us to deliver essential nourishment to those in need.

Freedom Bakeries’ Mission

Freedom Bakeries, a program by Muslims Giving Back in Brooklyn, New York, has been a beacon of hope for years. Millions of vulnerable people in underserved regions like Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen, and beyond face the daily struggle of finding enough food. To address this pressing issue, we established on-the-ground bakeries to provide nourishment to those in need.

This Ramadan, we’re dedicated to feeding fasting families and providing them with the essential sustenance to break their fast with dignity.

For just over $2 a day, you can provide delicious, nutritious Iftar meals to families struggling with food insecurity.

Zakat Ul Fitr

Zakat ul Fitr, or Fitrana, is a charitable donation that has to be made before Eid prayer to ensure everyone can celebrate Eid. This small yet meaningful act helps the less fortunate partake in the joy of Eid Ul Fitr, spreading blessings and unity.
